With teenage drivers and three cars, we are an insurance company's dream and Liberty Mutual milked us for all they could get. Supposedly their billing changed in 2011 but ever since then it was always a mystery amount of what we were being charged for- automatically from our checking account, like I was told was required by them. After our initial quote 4 years ago, our total increased $100 per month ($1200 per year) each year, for three years. When I tried to separate my son on his own account, I was told that he wasn't really Liberty Mutual's target customer and I had to keep it the way I had it in our expensive account. Go anywhere else for insurance, since you do not want to be their "target" customer - someone that wants true value in insurance. more
