We called and they said they were out to lunch but would come right away to help us. We had tried home depot with no luck (Two botched set of keys, and 2 refunds later..), but he made us three keys that worked! He first gave us a key to try at home (without charging us) Then when we came back made the rest of the keys and discounted the price further! I paid $5 for three keys.
