I think my favorite chain store is Family Christian Stores. They have just about anything you can imagine if you are looking for just the right gift to say "I care" to someone who is going through tough times. They carry Christian books of all kinds, cards and they keep a very good supply of every type for Christian music. What I like about them is if you can't find what you want tell them what you are looking for and they will look it up on the computer and see if they carry it. If they do they will order it for you and call you as soon as it comes in. The people there are always so cheerful and helpful.
