The job was done the same day, even though he had to come out on a cold stormy evening and stay until almost 10pm. I wasn't charged extra for an "after hours call", he wanted to stay and get the work done so He could have his schedule good for the next day. I think that says a lot about what costumer service means to this company! Plus the rate they charged was more than fair for all they did to my door and how long it took! I would say for sure go with Renton Garage Doors
