Last year I received a letter offering a new low rate and accepted. I have now sold my home and called ADT to cancel service. ADT is refusing to terminate my service unless I pay them 490.00 dollars for a termination fee. Greed doesn't even begin to say what these people are all about. The moment the rep answers the phone you know your in for a battle just by the tone of their voice.
