This company is TERRIBLE. I've lived in one of their apartments for less than a year and i'm totally fed up. They never fixed anything initially broken when we first moved in. They complained that we didn't pay our pet deposit AFTER they cashed it, we had to bring them a print out off our bank's website with the check stamped "Forrest P. Bowman" to convince them. Then they "misplaced" our rent check, waited a week, and then asked us to pay to cancel it, and write another one within 72 hours or they would evict us. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by a rental company.
