Wayne Dalton’s technician came out to inspect the problem and diagnosed it right away. He removed the broken torsion spring and replaced it quickly with a new one. After the replacement, he asked if there is anything else we needed. This is my third time using Wayne Dalton as our garage door service provider. I will surely call them again if needed.
