i found this dealer to be totally lacking on both. My 2005 Beetle convertible had problems with the automated Top. it took this dealer 5 days to find a switch and get it resolved. I also had a "check engine light" come on.While they said they checked it over, it is now 3 days later and my car in back in their shop with what else but "check engine light". As i write this, i have not heard from them, and when i call the service person "responsible" i get his VM, again, and again,and again. seems like a good fun car,but with out someone that can service it, i will sell it and find a dealer that specializes in one make rather than a dealer that sells every car they can get a dealer for. more
