Good: Kim has been really helpful and understanding of my situation. She is very customer service oriented. I wish I could say the same for the owner.... Bad: Aside from Kim, there's not much to like about this company. The owner clearly doesn't care if his customers are taken care of or happy with his service. That's unfortunate.. Improvements: Customer focused, more responsive.
