This is not like your average department store that has a household appliance department. This is an actual appliance store, whose main focus is just appliances. They have a very good stock of appliances and there's lots to choose from. Their staff is very knowledgeable and is great at pinpointing advantages and disadvantages of all the different brands. All their merchandise comes with a great warranty and their refund policy is great too. I always feel good buying appliances from this store because I know that I will get quality merchandise at a great price from really knowledgeable people. Definitely not something I'll get at my local Sears!
