I would not use Northwest as my primary care provider because they are just too big. But their urgent care facility is top notch. The waiting room is large and clean. The staff is friendly and kind, which is important when you are sick! They have a good stock of magazines, also important! The doctors on call in the urgent care are efficient and thorough. It is nice to have this option when I can't get in to see my primary care physician right away. There is also a pharmacy right next door, very convenient.
