My pet didn't make it due to critical heart failure and I had to let her go. I was heartbroken, but the staff has helped me so much. They are the nicest people I've ever met. I appreciate every one of them, especially the technician who directly cared for my pet. She's not only very professional but also kind and supportive. I'm glad I had her during that difficult time.
