I bought a computer from them when I was a freshman because we were required to have computers at VT. It was average priced, but what is really great about them is their customer service. I had that computer for many years, and even though the warranty had run out, they still came out and fixed the problem for free. I would definitely recommend them if you need a quality computer and love great customer service.
