After having seen my friend's cute haircut, I made myself an appointment with Heat (or JMS as it was formerly called). I asked them if they took walk-ins and they said yes. They told me it would be about a half hour and I shopped in town during that time. When I came back, they still were not ready and I waited in the seats available. I was given dirty looks and attitudes when I asked them how long it would take. A minute later, a friend or relative walked in and asked to be seen and was immediately taken to get their haircut. I waited for over an hour and was never seen. Finally, I just left without saying a word.
