Took my Subaru WRX in--they offered to buy it from me for $2500. I stuck to my guns and they grudgingly came up to $5500, insisting that was all it was worth. Keep an eye out for their negotiating tactic--they like to run the VIN through AutoFact without telling you, and then quiz you to try and catch you in a lie. I think they do this for sport, and because they think it puts them in a negotiating advantage. But they won't admit that's what they do--so just be aware that that is the game played here. After being dicked around by these guys I posted it on Craigslist--within hours it was sold for $8000. Do yourself a favor and sell your used vehicle yourself, or at any other dealership, but definitely sell it through these guys if you like getting a really bad deal. And don't forget to check your glove compartment for your registration as you drive away--they've got no procedure to ensure it's there, and actually like that as a "hook" to get you to come back the next day. By the way, I actually do like my new Chevy Volt. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at a great price. But no, I did not get it from Burien Chevrolet.
