The food is fresh and hot is about all I can say for them. Authenticity isn't high. Although they do serve dishes like "Phoenix Claws" the authentic dim-sum taste is missing. Lots of offerings of Americanized Chinese dishes will help diners more familiar with General Tso's and Chop Suey than with steamed white carrot cake (not to be confused with taro cake) and Hong Kong Congee.
That coupled with hostesses more concerned with getting people in and out on a busy weekend then ensuring the comfort of the elderly and very young put the nail in that coffin as far as I was concerned.
For those who have eaten excellent Dim Sum in San Francisco, Vancouver B.C. and Hong Kong, you will find that Noble Court falls short.
