Several programs, rates and terms were presented to us. Not once was it said that my income was difficult, or that the loan officers were more comfortable with this program vs. the one we chose. Everyone was avaliable and responded quickly. Also, we closed earlier than expected which was great for a hundred reasons. Stephanie was great!
