Since there are a number of "Lithia" dealerships, I can't really say much about your review - I don't know if there is a difference in management of the various Lithia Dealerships, but I have to tell you - Lithia Audi is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. Talk about high pressure, OMG- I got 'turned' from one salesperson to another several times even though I told them I was aware of the tactic and didn't want to play that game. I love Audi's but bought a BMW after the shabby, unprofessional high pressure games that Lithia Audi plays with customers - I will never walk onto a Lithia showroom floor again
