I recently cracked the windshield in my car when I got into a small accident last weekend. I called, they gave me an estimate (mind you I was at work, this phone call was quick and efficient -- the way I like to do business) and told me to come in, no appointment needed.
Got there, dropped off the car at 3 PM, they told me an hour and a half. 4:30PM rolls around, I pay exactly what the estimate was and drove on out. Couldn't be happier with the pleasant service and my new windshield looks great!!!
