Unbelievable customer service!! Garage door motor dead, called Holly Springs NC garage door late Saturday afternoon and he was there and done by 6pm. Had everything with him, no drama. Made a recommendation to replace a part that was much less expensive than what he could have done (replaced the whole unit). This was at the end of a long day but he was still upbeat and engaging. He lubricated the entire door and looked at the main door spring as well.
