They sent one of their expert techs to my home and the troubleshooting begun. Within a few moments the tech found what was wrong and made the proper repair. I cannot ask for more than that.
So I could not understand why my garage opener remote was not working the other day. I tried all I could to try and repair it myself, but in the end I just got frustrated. So I contacted the garage door company and they did such a splendid job and were so friendly to me. I couldn't believe the almost immediate response to the garage door service call.
