I'd give them a "zero" if I could. I had Friday appt where problems were discovered. I was told by MIKE that if I dropped it off Saturday at 7:30am they'd work it in. It was ONLY 1 hour of labor in additional to alignment and ac check scheduled for Friday (they opted to do everything Saturday). Called before close and they "didn't get to it." Stick with Firestone in FWB. I am. This is NOT the first time we've has problems with this Goodyear. Steer clear.
