I stopped going to Blockbuster several years ago when Family Video came into town. I have always enjoyed the prices at Family Video, as they are quite reasonable. They offer a somewhat nice selection of kids movies for free, as well.
I do get disappointed on some rentals, however, as they have scratches on the discs. There have been times when I report the scratches, and yet, when I go to rerent it later, I get the same copy with the same scratches on it.
I think they need to take better care to remove scratches, or replace problem discs as soon as a problem is reported.
They are a great business to have in our community, however.
