Dr. Phoebe Rich and her staff really care! I saw Dr. Rich for a complicated rash that several other dermatologists blew off. She took a lot of extra time with me and really listened to me. I felt like she really cared about helping me. Her office was a little disorganized because it was very busy but the quality of her care was exceptional. I recommend her highly. I will go back and send all of my friends and family to her office.
