We just purchased a new C230 Sport Sedan from Mercedes-Benz in Hagerstown. We live in Frederick, md and went to 2 other dealers before shopping online since we were not happy with the service we received from the other 2 places. I was not even aware that there was a Mercedes dealer in Hagerstown but I found them online and sent in a request. They answered my email right away and we scheduled an appointment to see what they had to offer. The sales lady was great and she really new everything about the car. Very Impressive! We had upfront pricing from the internet department that was more then fair so there was no haggling (they have a nice website too). It was the easiest most pleasurable experience we have ever had buying a car. I would recommend them if you live in the area.
