Claire's owns Icing, but it better than it in my opinion. Really, they're almost the same thing, but something about Claire's is better. It sells almost everything Icing does, jewelry, hats, belt, shoes, things for rooms, and stuff like that. Just like with Icing, I think it needs to be expanded, because there isn't a lot of room in there.
One thing that I thought was pretty bad though was the people that work there, at least from one experience my friend had, aren't very kind. But that was just one person, every other time Ive been in Claire's everyone seemed pretty nice. It's in Macomb Mall in Roseville.
