I contacted Murawski Plumbing & Heating. Their technician came out and repaired the problem. While working on one unit, he discovered a problem with the second unit, which he repaired in the same service call. What I thought would be an expensive replacement cost was resolved in a very reasonable repair cost. Thanks for your promptness and professionalism… and for your care to check both systems.
