Over the past 6 years I`ve pulled muscles in my lower back on four occasions, generally related to sporting activities. I attended a health fair a few years ago and came to the realization that there was more to my problem than pulled muscles. I saw a chiropractor for a while and after a few months, my back felt much better. I went to BP Chiropractic Care while we attended a course together and after sharing my lower back history with him, I scheduled an appointment.
