Cicada is my favorite square boutique. Cicada carries everything from dresses and jeans to amazing panties and jewelry (which are all to die for). For those who are on a budget, there is usually a fantastic sale rack. Also, I don't only go to the store for great clothes, but the atmosphere of the store itself is so cool!
