Of course the shower facet had to break in the morning as we were getting ready for work. I called Pro Plumbing and drain at 7:00am and low and behold a real person answered - not a machine. James was here at the time scheduled and had the new facet on within an hour and a half (had to go out and get a part). He was professional and cleaned up the mess afterwards. Thank you James for a job well done! I recommend Pro Plumbing and Drain if you have a plumbing emergency!
