After doing a little research through online I called Laguna Niguel plumber with a to-do list of 4 plumbing maintenance issues around my house. The plumber called back immediately and was friendly and very professional replaced the kitchen faucet, fixed the leaky bath hot water supply and replaced the bathtub drain stoppers in both baths. The kitchen sink works better than it has in 10 years when it was first installed, and the baths are great.
