I agree with the original poster from a year ago that this dealership just claims to be a five star dealer. My truck has been in there numerous times for service and they haven't a clue what they are doing. My brother in-laws lug nuts were not put back on his truck tightly enough and he could have been killed. I live in Poway and I drive all the way to Escondido for service because Poway Dodge is a joke.
