It is located on Market Street and offers a wide variety of special events and displays. As well as touring artists, local artists and artisans are also featured in this most beautiful structure.
As you enter the building you are overcome by the vastness of what appears to be such a small space from the street.
The Parkersburg Art Center is a place of learning, fun, excitement, passion, and so much more. They can arrange special tours for children as well as tours for handicapped people.
I do hope that you will take the time to visit if you are in the Parkersburg/Marietta/Athens area. Money should not be an object as the fee is very affordable.
