I live in Seattle and there is only one place I will drive to out of the city for food and that is Sushi Moto. The number one reason to go here- the sushi is amazing, the fish is so fresh, the rolls are wonderful, the price is reasonable and the service is fabulous. I have tried a lot of sushi restaurants in Seattle and this is by far the best sushi!
