For a married woman, with two beautiful children, and the job she always dreamed of life should be happy, right? Well, not for me. Regardless of how good things were in my life I couldn’t help but have a negative attitude and feel overwhelmed by emotions every single day. For some reason or another I just didn’t think I deserved to be happy and have so many reasons to feel joy for. My attitude was hurting my family too so I finally agreed to go to therapy. Dr. Brett created the perfect environment for me to feel safe and speak about my problems. He listened patiently and offered me advice each step of the way. He discovered the root of all my problems and helped me regain my optimism and positivity. Thanks to his incredible efforts I am now leading a peaceful and serene life, and I am enjoying every minute in the company of my beloved family.
