The service call was reasonable, which is why I chose Dunston Aire. Once in, however, he charged $40 per pound for FREON! After a couple of calls around town, I found that the highest price charged by others in Raleigh was $25 per pound. Greg Dunston did not respond to emails or letters, or the Better Business Bureau complaint against him. If you use Dunston Aire, do so at your own risk.
