I recently transferred my out of state policies to Alan's office. The office
is very conveniently located across from the Whole foods at California and
Franklin. More importantly, all of the employees I have interacted with have
been very helpful and friendly, especially Caroline. If I have a question or
problem, I usually email her and receive a response almost instantaneously,
which is awesome. Also, my rates are very comparable to what I had in the
great state of Texas.
