what can I say about this place, it's our favorite place to eat! Birchwood is a restaurant kind of int he middle of nowhere. Why is it always these small places in small towns that have the most amazing food? I think its because people in this area are such hard workers and they LOVE to eat! My in-laws are from Denmark, WI and since I started dating my wife back in 2002, she first introduced me to Birchwood. Its a small place with a nice bar, but the food is to die for. First off the Perch is the best perch I have ever had in my entire life. Second, the broasted potatos are TO DIE for. Third, the kneecaps you get as a free desert are so so so good. Everytime we go we have amazing service and even better food. This will probably be the only review that I give a perfect 5 stars.
