I only keep this bank bacause I got a free checking acct here years ago so I use it as a "second" acct where I keep my rainy day money.I've been to three branches of thsi bank on a regular basis and it seems that all of them need some seious customer realtions work.Dont get me wrong-there are a few really nice tellers whom have great customer skills but on the whole its not a customer friendly place.And if you want your transaction done quickly then dont go through the drive through!
