Disregard the previous pre-emptive review. I had a large job done by them and although there were some issues and mis-communications along the way, American Comfort Experts did what it takes to make it right. The owner (Doug Smith) is a reasonable guy, and after a lengthy conversation we came to a fair agreement. The job is done, and I would not hesitate to recommend American Comfort Experts to anyone!
