I first walked into the dealership and met Russ in December of last year and gave my time parameter for the car that I wanted. He did not pressure me for a sale and did not continuously call or e-mail for a sale I wasn't ready for. Five months later I have purchased exactly what I wanted at a price lower than anticipated and with every expectation met and honored. I appreciate the fact that Russ respected my timeline and did not unduly pressure me into committing to something that I was not ready for.
