I needed a few questions answered regarding carpets, cleaning them and possible damage. Despite Tom knowing I was not needing his services, at least at this point, he was happy to answer my questions thoroughly and in detail. I work in a professional business setting and can tell those who know their craft and those who pretend. He certainly knows his line of work and is very friendly, detail oriented and professional. I don't normally write reviews but figured he deserved a good one.
