I had a 32 inch TV that the tv all of a sudden didn't work. Some very grizzly looking huge guy came to pick up the tv. They gave me a receipt. They brought it back in about 1 1/2 weeks. After another 2 wees the same thing happened. They didn't hesitate to pick the TV up again because you are covered for 90 days.
