I was the unfortunate recipient of bad news when my neighbors sold their place a couple of years ago. After having spent a large sum of money on landscaping my backyard and adding a deck and patio area, I was told that they'd need to dig a 9 foot long by 6 foot wide by 13 foot deep hole in my yard. Obviously, this was to my dismay and hit my pocket book since my former neighbors left the state without repaying me the cost to put my yard back into place.
However, the good news was that the folks at Raymark that had been hired to do the dirty sewer fix/replacement job were able to work around some pretty tight and restrictive conditions. They were professional and respectful of my property throughout the weeklong job. After watching how well they worked around the issues and made my yard as right as they could after their portion of the work was done I have now started recommending them to my real estate clients. A hearty "well done!" to these folks and their crew!
