It was very knowledgeable about the stones in my house and suggested different methods for cleaning/polishing/protecting different areas. He was prompt, courteous, and flexible with working around other workers who I had hired to work on other parts of my house. He finished the job a day ahead of schedule, and even helped me to re-buff my newly sealed slate floors every day after the other workers had left to make sure there were no residual footprints.
