Try some of the red chile that's in the bottle with the green top, and has a rooster on it and, I guarentee that you'll never say it's bland again. He (the owner) doesn't put alot of MSGs (Monosodium Glutamate which is a preservative that triples the amount of insulin the pancreas creates, causing rats (and humans?) to become obese ) in his Pho Soup.
