Installation of our new hot water heater was fast, friendly, and professional. The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is that the cost of the upgrades required to bring the installation up to code seemed high. I don't have a problem paying to make the installation safe or with the company making a profit, but I was charged $15 for a 2 foot long piece of 2x4 that was used to brace the tank. It seems like that cost should have been included in the $79 that I was already paying to have the earthquake straps installed. Other than that, I would recommend them.
