I got ahold of them through their website email at www.airconditionerservice.com and contacted them through their email. They saved me a ton of money. Another company said I needed a new air conditioner for over $4500 and Justin from Empire diagnosed the problem as a defective thermostat quickly turning the A/C on and off causing the fuses to blow all the time. Justin saved me over $4000.
