A friend of mine had recommended Aaims Property Management to me when I was looking for a house to rent at a reasonable price. At first, I was impressed with the service that I received from the property manager over the house. Then as things started to go wrong at the house and needed to be repaired, he did not want to be bothered with having them fixed or for paying for them. When I moved out of the house, I was shocked at some of the things that he found to charge me for and questioned him about them. He admitted to being wrong about a couple of them but said I was out of luck with the rest of them. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone for any reason.
