I visited this store recently and I have to say the customer service was absolutely terrible. I asked the owner a question and he gave a quick, rude and sarcastic response. He hardly made eye contact and never smiled. Additionally, he never said thank you, come back and see us, have a nice day, or anything else inviting. It was just a terrible experience, and for a small town store, I would expected more. So, next time I need something that this business may carry, I will venture to the larger chain store down the way. Customer service is key here and this store is lacking!
